Isobel Henley is a history graduate student of Bristol University, who became interested in food sovereignty whilst studying at the University of Hong Kong, and later meeting social activists in India.

Nick Henley is a retired marketing professional, who ran a food website called About Food between 1999 and 2004, focused on local British food producers, farmer’s markets and food culture.
